§ 71.42 EFFECTIVE DATE.

   This subchapter shall take effect and be in full force from and after the last to occur of:

   (A)   Date of passage of this subchapter by the Elkhart County Commissioners;

   (B)   June 1, 2007;

   (C)   Publication of the adoption of this chapter according to law; and

   (D)   The posting of signs as contemplated by § 71.41.
