Signs shall be posted notifying the public of the prohibitions set forth in § 71.40 in accordance with the Indiana Manual and Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways and/or other applicable standards for parking and behavioral control. The Board of Commissioners of the county hereby authorize and direct the County Highway Department to post signs consistent with the provisions of this subchapter at and along the right-of-way of Lagoon Road and at or on the Lagoon Road Bridge.
