§ 38.066 EFFECT ON PRIOR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ORDINANCES.
   Sections 38.001 through 38.005, 38.020 through 38.030, 38.045 through 38.054, 38.065 and 38.066 is intended to and shall repeal and supersede the existing county emergency management ordinance.
