§ 132.01  CONFIDENCE GAMES UNLAWFUL.
   No person shall resort to or engage in any game, trick or device to obtain money or anything of value, or engage in any game of chance or hazard, by which money or anything of value may be gained or lost, such as the “Mexican puzzle,” “Patent safe,” “Straps,” “Thimble and balls” or “Pocketbook dropping.”
