§ 131.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 131.01 shall be fined in any sum not less than $1, nor more than $100.

   (B)   Any person convicted of a violation of § 131.03 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.
