§ 131.03  WEARING UNIFORM SIMILAR TO OFFICERS’ PROHIBITED.
   No person shall wear a similar uniform the design of which is not easily distinguishable from or which conforms in respect to color or design to the uniform worn by officers of the Elkhart City Police Department.
