§ 115.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 115.02(A) or (B) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $300 for the first offense, and for the second and each subsequent offense by a fine of not more than $300.  Each day of operation of a restaurant in violation of § 115.02(A) or (B) shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 115.01 through 115.30 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $100.  Each and every violation of the provisions of §§ 115.01 through 115.10 shall constitute a separate offense.
