At all times when a dance hall is in operation between sundown and midnight, it shall be brightly lighted.

The members of the Fire and Police Departments shall at all times have free and unobstructed right of ingress and egress to and from a dance hall.

Upon any complaint being filed or made to the Police Department any violation of any of the terms of §§ 111.25 through 111.34, that any immoral conduct is indulged in, that lewd women or prostitutes are permitted therein, that vulgar or indecent language is used, or that indecent dress or practices are indulged in, the Department shall at once investigate and if these conditions are found to exist, shall at once report to the Mayor who shall have full power to revoke the license, and upon revocation the dance hall shall at once be closed.

GALLERIES
(A) No person shall run, operate, control or cause to be run or operated, any riding gallery, Flying Dutchman or merry-go-round or similar device within the city, except as provided in this section, and after having procured a license.
(B) The license fee for the operation of any of these devices shall be $35 per month, $10 per week and $3 per day. The license may be issued by the City Controller, and may be issued for any number of months, weeks or days.
(C) No person shall operate any of these devices at a later hour than 10:00 p.m. during the week, except Saturday night, when the device may be run until 11:00 p.m.
(D) No person shall conduct any of these devices in such a manner as to become harmful to the community in which it is operated, a gathering place for noisy and boisterous crowds, or persons of lewd or bad character or a place where indecent conduct is practiced by patrons.
