§ 99.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be fined not more than $100. This fine shall be in addition to any other penalties or liens set forth in this chapter.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 99.01 through 99.10, and upon having been found by an applicable court to be in violation thereof, shall be fined not less than $100, and not more than $2,500 for each offense. If the person is in violation of § 99.04(A), the Corporation Counsel may waive the fine imposed hereunder if the person provides sufficient proof of purchase of an acceptable, qualifying trash container. In addition, the party in violation shall be required to compensate the city for expenses incurred pursuant to § 99.01 through 99.10.

   (C)   Any person who violates or neglects to comply with any provision of §§ 99.60 through 99.65 shall be subject to a civil forfeiture of not more than $500.
