§ 97.120 THROWING MATERIALS ON STREETS.
   No person shall:
   (A)   Throw or cast upon any sidewalk in the city any lemon, orange or banana peel;
   (B)   Throw into or upon any of the public streets of the city any glass, broken ware, rubbish, garbage or filth;
   (C)   Cast upon or deposit in any of the streets, alleys or sidewalks of the city, any scraps, pieces of paper or rags;
   (D)   Throw, hurl or cast any hitching weight or block, or any hard or heavy material or object, on or upon the surface of any cement, brick or other smooth surface improved sidewalk in any street or alley in the city; and
   (E)   Spit, expectorate or blow mucous from the nose upon the sidewalk or upon the steps, stairway or platform of any public place within the city.
