§ 94.041 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of §§ 94.040 through 94.042, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BURNING. To be on fire, to give forth light and heat during combustion, or to be charred or scorched by action of fire or heat.
   GARBAGE. Offal refuse, animal or vegetable, or matters of kitchen food and stove.
   PROHIBIT. To stop or prevent.
   RUBBISH. Any substance that is not readily combustible such as rubber, oily liquids, cloth and plastics.
   TRASH. Something readily flammable that would not emit toxic or offensive substances, in a quantity too small to be annoying.
