§ 94.002  DUTIES OF ALARM USERS.
   An alarm user shall:
   (A)   Maintain the premises and any security or fire alarm system in a manner that will minimize or eliminate false alarms;
   (B)   Review all security or fire alarm system operating instructions;
   (C)   Take reasonable action to ensure the Police Department or Fire Department are notified of the non-emergency nature of a false alarm as soon as the alarm user is aware of a false alarm; and
   (D)   Refrain from manually activating any security alarm or fire alarm system except when needing an immediate police or fire response to an emergency.
