§ 75.03  OFFENSES.
   From and after the time when a snow emergency condition has been declared as set forth in § 75.02(D) and until it has been terminated:
   (A)   No vehicle shall be parked on any snow route, as set forth in Chapter 78, Schedule VI, unless permission for parking is expressly granted by the Snow Removal Coordinator in his or her notice of the existence of a snow emergency condition.
   (B)   Any vehicle parked, stalled or incapable of moving under its own power or which is left unattended on any snow route during a snow emergency condition may be impounded by order of the Snow Removal Coordinator or his or her agents.
   (C)   The Snow Removal Coordinator, during any snow emergency condition, after a snow route has been sufficiently cleared, may modify the foregoing prohibition against parking in such manner as the Coordinator shall deem reasonably safe.
   (D)   All agencies of the city, including, but not limited to the Police and Fire Departments and the Street Department, shall cooperate with and assist the Snow Removal Coordinator in the enforcement of the provisions of this title and the impoundment of violating vehicles.
