§ 73.32 ANNOYANCES AND NUISANCES.
   (A)   No person shall ride a horse or any other animal, or drive any horse-drawn vehicle along the roadway of any street or alley in the city in such a manner as to be an annoyance or a nuisance to the residents of the street or neighborhood.
   (B)   The riding of a horse or any other animal continuously and repeatedly upon any street, riding in groups of more than 4, riding faster than an ordinary trot, or raising clouds of dust shall be an annoyance prohibited in division (A) above.
