§ 70.999 GENERAL PENALTY.
   (A)   Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this traffic code shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.
   (B)   Notwithstanding the foregoing, the penalties for any violation of this chapter in regard to parking shall be as described in §§ 76.10 and 76.99.
