§ 73.25 RIDING OR DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS OR FOOTPATHS.
   No person shall ride or drive a horse, or other animal or any vehicle upon any sidewalk or footpath along any of the streets of the city, unless necessary to cross the sidewalk or footpath.
