§ 73.03  OPERATION OF BICYCLES.
   Bicycles shall be operated as close to the right- hand edge of the highway or street as is possible, and in single file when passing other vehicles, parked or moving, or any other considerable object in the highway.  Bicycles shall not be ridden more than 2 abreast at any time.
