§ 73.02 NUMBER OF RIDERS; INVERTING FRAME OR SPROCKET.
   (A)   Not more than 1 person shall ride upon a bicycle unless the bicycle is designed, manufactured and equipped with 2 or more separated sprockets, handle bars and seats.
   (B)   No person shall ride or operate any bicycle on any public highway, street, sidewalk, alley or upon any public path set aside for the use of bicycles, which shall be built, constructed or manufactured by inverting the frame and sprocket in such a manner that the operator is unable to balance the bicycle with 1 foot on the ground while seated in a normal riding position on the bicycle.
