§ 71.075 UNREASONABLY NOISY OPERATION PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No motor vehicle, including automobiles, motorcycles, motor bikes and any other vehicle propelled by gasoline or other combustible material, shall be operated upon any public street, alley or way within the city in a manner which creates unusual, unnecessary, explosive or unreasonable noise.
   (B)   This prohibition extends to motor vehicle noise caused by the screeching of tires from acceleration, deceleration, stopping or turning, the racing of a motor or motors, the inadequate or defective operation of any part of any motor vehicle or in a similar manner, but where the motor vehicle noise is a necessary consequence of safe driving, then it shall not constitute a violation of this section.
