§ 71.048 VEHICLES AT STOP AND YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY SIGNS.
   (A)   When stop signs are erected at or near the entrance to any intersection, every driver of a vehicle shall stop at the sign, or at a clearly marked stop line before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer or traffic-control signal.
   (B)   When yield right-of-way signs are erected at or near the entrance to any intersection, the driver of a vehicle approaching a yield right-of-way street intersection sign shall slow to a speed of not more than 10 mph and yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching from the right or left on the intersection street which are close enough to constitute an immediate hazard.
   (C)   If a driver is involved in a collision at an intersection or interferes with the movement of other vehicles after driving past a yield right-of-way sign, the collision or interference shall be deemed prima facie evidence of the driver’s failure to yield the right-of-way.
