§ 70.115  TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS BUREAU CREATED.
   The Traffic Commission shall establish a Traffic Violations Bureau to assist the Commission with the clerical work of traffic cases.  The Bureau shall be in charge of such person or persons and shall be open at the hours the Traffic Commission designates.
