§ 70.078 PERSONS PROPELLING PUSH CARTS OR RIDING ANIMALS TO OBEY TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.

Every person driving any animal-drawn vehicle, and every person propelling any push cart or riding an animal upon a roadway shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter applicable to the driver of any vehicle, except those provisions of this traffic code which, by their very nature, can have no application.
