§ 51.125  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   VALLEY VIEW PROJECT.  The extension, construction and installation of city sanitary sewer lines throughout the Valley View Hills Subdivision where such is currently not available in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the city.
