§ 156.019 TESTS AND DISCONNECTION OF WATER SUPPLY UNTIL APPROVED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to use any new system of plumbing and drainage in any building before the system has been tested and approved by the Plumbing Inspector, and until an adequate water supply has been provided.
   (B)   All plumbers making connections to the municipal water supply for new plumbing work or any plumbing alteration or replacement that requires a permit, shall upon completion and testing of said new plumbing or any plumbing alteration or replacement that requires a permit, shut off the water supply at the curb box/curb valve, and request an inspection. No person shall have the curb valve turned on without the approval of the Plumbing Inspector.
   (C)   Plumbers shall not lend curb keys to any person, nor shall Plumbers turn on curb stops that have been shut off under the provisions of this ordinance or any other city ordinance.
   (D)   All tests and connections to waste and water systems at the job site shall be performed in accordance with the rules adopted in §§ 156.003, 156.004 and 156.020.
