(A) All new plumbing shall be tested. The Plumbing Inspector shall have the power to waive pressure tests at his discretion.
(B) Test pressures shall be:
(1) Drainage: 10 foot of water above the highest used portion of the plumbing being tested, or 5 lbs psig air, either to hold for 15 minutes.
(2) Supply: At 50 lbs psig or supply pressure which ever is greater, to hold for 30 minutes.
