§ 156.016  PLUMBING INSPECTOR; POWER TO CONDEMN POOR WORKMANSHIP.
   (A)   The Plumbing Inspector is hereby authorized to condemn poor workmanship and to order the removal of any defective material or any work done other than in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, and thereafter it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to use said material until such material or work is reconstructed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The Plumbing Inspector shall immediately after such condemnation notify the plumber doing such work and the owner of the property that such work has been condemned, and state briefly the grounds of such condemnation and that such person or persons be given 5 working days to make the necessary corrections in the work. Such notice shall be mailed to such person or persons or delivered in person in accordance with § 156.014.
