§ 156.002 INCLUSIONS.

Wherever in this chapter the words CITY OF ELKHART or CITY appear they shall be construed to mean the City of Elkhart, Indiana. Wherever in this chapter a word appears in the singular, it shall include the plural. Wherever in this chapter the word or words permit, permits, Permit or Permits appears it shall mean PLUMBING PERMIT, as defined in § 156.006
