§ 36.147  BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS; DUTIES.
   The newly-created Board of Public Works shall assume all of the duties and responsibilities previously exercised by the Board of Public Works and Safety pursuant to local ordinance or under state law except those assumed by the Board of Public Safety as set forth in § 36.146.
