§ 36.146 BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY; DUTIES.

   The Board of Public Safety shall assume all duties and responsibilities accorded under state law. The duties and responsibilities of the Board of Public Safety shall include but, not be limited to those relating to the administration of the:

   (A)   Police Department;

   (B)   Fire Department;

   (C)   Animal Shelters;

   (D)   Inspections of Buildings; and

   (E)   Emergency Management Department.
