§ 157.066  DUTIES AND AUTHORITY OF ELECTRICAL EXAMINING BOARD.
   (A)   The second Monday of January, April, July and October of each year are hereby designated as examination dates for the examination of applicants for licenses, providing any such applications are pending.  No licensing examinations shall be given on any other dates without the approval of a majority of the members of the Electrical Examining Board.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Board to examine the reports of persons, firms, or corporations who apply for licenses to approve the issuance  of  licenses  to  qualified  applicants  who  have  paid  the prescribed fees, and to revoke or suspend any license on the grounds set forth in §§ 157.019 and 157.023.
   (C)   Regular meetings of the Board shall be held on the fourth Monday of January, April, July and October of each year at 4:00 p.m.  Special meetings of the Board may be called at the discretion of the Chairperson or by a majority of the members of the Examining Board.
   (D)   Four members of the Board present at any meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, but any action taken at any meeting shall require the affirmative vote of at least 4 members.
