(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to make connections from a supply of electricity or to supply electricity to any electrical equipment for the installation of which a permit is required or which has been disconnected by, or ordered to be disconnected by the Electrical Inspector, until approval has been issued by the Electrical Inspector authorizing the connection and use of the equipment.
(B) All electrical services that have been disconnected and the meter removed shall not be reconnected until approval is issued by the Electrical Inspector.
