(A) Each application for a license shall be made in writing to the Board at least 30 days before the examination date, stating the name of the applicant, the address of the applicant and any other information about the applicant as required by the Board.
(B) A non-refundable application fee as set by the Electrical Examining Board shall be paid when application is made.
