§ 155.50 REVOKING OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Any permit issued which may have been obtained through any fraud practiced on the Mechanical Examining Board or any permit held by any person having a valid license, whose work is found to be so defective and unsafe as to jeopardize life or property, may be revoked by the Inspector after notice to the person holding the permit and an opportunity for person to be heard by the Board of Review.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to construct or install any apparatus or appurtenance such as are subject to the provisions of this chapter in or for any building or to alter or repair any such existing apparatus or appurtenance as are subject to the provisions of this chapter without the holder of a license first making written application for and securing a permit therefor, setting forth the nature of the work to be performed.
