§ 155.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall install in any building, structure or enclosure any apparatus or equipment which is covered in this chapter which does not comply with the requirements of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter and shall be subject to a penalty as herein provided.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or who shall fail to comply with any of the regulations thereof shall be, upon conviction, punished by a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $1,000, together with court costs. Injunctive relief also shall be available to the city to prevent violations. If the person, firm or corporation is the holder of any license provided for in this chapter, the conviction shall have the effect of suspending the license until the suspension is lifted by the Mechanical Examining Board. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
