(A) A description of the work to be done shall accompany each application for a permit to install or alter the apparatuses or appurtenances, in whole or in part, in an existing structure. A description of the work to be done can be made on the application for permit.
(B) Receipt by the Building Department of such description on or with the application for a permit shall in no way imply assurance or approval by the Department that the work done in accordance with the description will provide the results contracted for.
(C) The contracted work shall be done substantially as indicated on the description of the application for permit.
