§ 155.27 FEES FOR LICENSES; EXPIRATION.
   (A)   Any person applying for a mechanical license, as required by this chapter, shall, before being granted a license, give, execute and deliver a surety bond to the city in the penal sum of $5,000 to be approved by the City Attorney and conditioned upon the faithful compliance with the chapters and laws regulating mechanical work.
   (B)   Upon the approval of the Mechanical Examining Board, the Mechanical Inspector is authorized to issue the license under the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   Before a license is granted to any applicant, a license fee of $50 shall be paid for a Class A, Class AA or Class AAA license, and before any Class A, Class AA or Class AAA license is renewed, a fee of $25 shall be paid.
   (D)   Each license and bond shall expire on December 31 following the date of its issue and shall be renewed upon application by the holder of the license and payment of the fee required by division (C) above. All licenses and bonds must be renewed on or before the date of expiration, and any license becoming 30 days delinquent shall be issued as a new license with all requirements of same.
