   (B)   Humidifier designs shall be such as to provide and maintain sufficient air gap between the water supply inlet opening and the maximum water overflow level as to entirely eliminate the possibility of back siphonage.
   (C)   In no case shall the air gap be less than 2-1/4 times the O.D. of the round pipe or its equivalent at the point of entrance to the humidifier casing.
   (D)   Humidifiers shall be so connected to the water supply as to comply with all local plumbing regulations and codes.
   (E)   Humidifiers shall be located on or in the equipment or systems as to avoid the wetting of controls or devices caused by functional moisture, water overflow, leakage or malfunction of the humidifiers or drainage duct.
   (F)   Electrical connections shall be such as to comply with local electrical regulations and codes.
