§ 155.07 UNSAFE EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   If upon inspection, the equipment covered by this chapter should be found in an unsafe condition, the Building Department shall notify the owner and the permit holder stating a time when repairs must be completed, except that where the work or repair required is in the nature of an emergency whereby human life is endangered, the work or repair may be ordered to be done at once and the equipment sealed out of service. After the service of the notice, it shall be the duty of the owner and holder of the installation permit to proceed within the time allowed to make such repairs or changes as are necessary to place said equipment in a safe condition.
   (B)   No person, firm or corporation shall so cover or conceal from view any of the work in any building in the city so as to prevent a proper inspection thereof until the same has been inspected by the Inspector and until the Inspector has placed thereon a notice or seal stating that the work has been inspected and approved.
