(A) Any person may appeal the decision of the Plat Committee to the Plan Commission within 10 days of the mailing of the findings to the applicant and interested parties by making a written request to the Plan Commission staff and by tendering the fee set forth in § 152.006.
(B) Any person wishing to appeal shall give the same notice as required under § 152.053.
(C) An appeal to the Plan Commission shall be a prerequisite to court review by certiorari.
