§ 152.053 PUBLIC HEARING.
   (A)   (1)   For all subdivision proposals, except minor subdivisions, the Plan Commission shall conduct a public hearing prior to taking any action.
      (2)   At least 10 days prior to the hearing, the Plan Commission staff shall have a legal notice of the hearing published in the local newspaper and send notice by regular mail to the applicant(s) and all interested parties.
   (B)   (1)   Following the hearing the Plan Commission may decide on primary approval, approval with conditions or disapproval.
      (2)   The Secretary of the Plan Commission shall sign the decision and findings and the staff shall mail a copy to the applicant.
   (C)   The decision and findings of the Plan Commission are subject to certiorari review by the courts.
