§ 33.155 ESTABLISHMENT OF FUND.
   The revenues collected under § 94.086 and all of the revenues remaining in the Fire Alarm Fund shall be placed in a special fund, known as the Communication Center Fund, and the moneys in this fund shall be used only for the following purposes: equipment, supplies, and tools for the maintenance of the integrated city fire alarm system, including wire, hardware and motor vehicles used in the maintenance of the system (including repairs thereto), as well as fuel and oil for the vehicles, and any other equipment, material, and supply costs for which there are funds available. However, no portion of these funds shall be used for public alarm boxes, and no portion of these funds shall be used to maintain that part of any private alarm system more remote from the city system than the owner’s or occupant’s master box.
