Any person guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day a violation continues or is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
In addition to any penalty which may be imposed herein, the Village may initiate injunctive relief, including the issuance of temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, in the Third Municipal District of the Circuit Court of Cook County to abate any violation of this Chapter, the continuation of which would be injurious to the welfare of the residents or which would frustrate or defeat the intent of this Chapter.
