Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or continues to exist.
In addition to any penalty as hereinabove provided, the Village shall have the right by injunction to enjoin the construction of any building or development which violates the provisions of this Chapter.
