8-4-11: ANNUAL INSPECTIONS:

A. Annual Inspections: The department of engineering and community development shall inspect, annually, or more frequently as it deems necessary, signs in all districts located above any walkway or which may endanger passersby upon any walkway on which the public is invited or encouraged to pass and all freestanding signs wherever located.
