Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day, commencing from date of official notification, during or on which a violation or failure to comply occurs or continues.
In addition, the Village shall have the right to seek injunctive relief from the Circuit Court of Cook or DuPage County, including the Third Municipal District thereof to abate or enjoin any violation of this chapter when the continuation thereof would cause a serious injury to the public health, safety and welfare.
