8-2-3: AMENDMENTS TO PLAN:

The Plan Commission may, from time to time, recommend to the Board of Trustees such changes in the Comprehensive Plan as may be deemed necessary by said Commission. Such changes shall become part of the Comprehensive Plan after their approval and adoption by the Mayor and Board of Trustees as amendments to this Chapter.
