7-1-3: DEPARTMENT SUPERINTENDENT:
The Superintendent of Buildings and Street Vehicles, the Superintendent of Water and Sewer and the Superintendent of Streets shall be appointed by the Village Manager and shall be under the supervision of the Director of Public Works and shall perform all duties as may be required by the Director of Public Works.
