7-1-2: DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS:
There is hereby created the office of Director of Public Works who shall be appointed by the Village Manager and shall be under the direction and supervision of the Village Manager. The Director of Public Works shall have the management and control of all matters and things pertaining to said Department subject to said control and supervision of the Village Manager.
