The Policy and Procedural Guidelines and the payment of fees and costs which heretofore have been established by the Village for the issuance of industrial revenue bonds pursuant to Resolution Nos. 60-81 and 61-81 shall be applicable to the issuance of housing revenue bonds. Any amendments to said Resolutions shall be applicable to the issuance of housing revenue bonds as well. Legal fees paid to the Village Attorney as required by the established requirements shall be as agreed upon by the developer and the attorney and may be equal to but not exceed the basic paid fee to the Village.
