A. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or maliciously deposit or throw any materials upon any dwelling, structure, vehicle or property of another without lawful consent or permission of the owner.
B. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
